• Contact us before returning any product to receive return instructions and the correct return address.
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and accessories.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or unwanted-item returns.
  
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
  

Damaged, defective or incorrect item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
