At Zapromart, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


🔹 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

✔ Item is damaged or defective
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Product not as described


🔹 2. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof required (photo/video)

🔹 3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (VERY IMPORTANT)

❌ Opened/used products
❌ Personal care items (earwax kit, creams, etc.)
❌ Items damaged due to misuse
❌ Change of mind (for COD orders)


🔹 4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund is processed after inspection
  • Time: 5–7 business days

💳 Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders → Original payment method
  • COD Orders → Bank transfer / store credit

🔹 5. CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
❌ No cancellation after shipping


🔹 6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) RULES

👉 To reduce fake orders:

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/WhatsApp
  • Orders not confirmed may be canceled

🔹 7. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO POLICY

If customer:

  • Rejects order
  • Provides wrong address
  • Is unavailable

👉 Future COD orders may be restricted
